He was also the sole leader & political campaigner of the NMBP (New Millennium Bean Party) which was formed in the year of 2000, but alas, deregistered in 2010 due to lack of wind!
From 1990 – 2010, this political bean brain stood on all political campaign levels from local, borough, constituency, European, by-election, Welsh Assembly, and at his zenith, defeated the might of UKIP in 2010 by more than sixty votes!!

The ‘VACUUM-A-THON’ took place in the capital city of Wales during the Cardiff Half-Marathon on Sunday 6th Ocober 2013 in a credible time of – 04: 01: 57 mins!
The world record has now ‘BEAN’ credited by the RECORD SETTER website as a real bonefide world record fastest vacuum-a-thon!
